Location
The project is located at the end of Haddah Street near Haddah Post, one of the most famous high-end residential neighborhoods known for its calmness and high urban and social level. The site is also distinguished by its proximity to important traffic arteries within the capital, Sana'a.
The villa complex consists of (85) pre-fabricated housing units of one floor only. Its external facades are clad with sawn stone, and the ceilings are protected with an insulating layer for moisture and heat with a special plastic material and covered with tiles. Each unit has a patio along one of the facades and has one entrance.
