The project is located at the entrance of Haddah residential, Beirut Street, one of the most famous high-end residential neighborhoods known for its calmness and high urban and social level. The site is also distinguished by its proximity to the important traffic arteries within the capital, Sana'a
The project consists of eight buildings with a total area of the land on which the project is built (137) bricks, or about (6,000) square meters.
